Jennifer Hamilton

Jennifer is the founder and owner of Speech Matters. She is a fourth generation native Floridian and grew up in Cape Coral. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1997, she sought a change of scenery and top ranked education, earning her master’s degree in communication processes and disorders at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.

Jennifer enjoyed working as a Speech Language Pathologist in healthcare and educational settings for many years. In 2011, as a parent and a community member, she recognized the increasing growth and need for quality services in the private sector, and Speech Matters began.

The vision was and remains to create a safe, family focused community where learning and gains are celebrated and services are provided with passion in a “Progress not perfection” mindset.

Ana Ziegler

Ana is from Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 1988. She has been an SLP since 1998 and worked as a BS, SLP since She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University. She loves Camping and baking. She has been married for 27 years with 3 kids. She loves her job and helping patients find ways to express themselves.

Rachel Sieg

Rachel was born in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2007. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Rachel has been a part of the Speech Matters family since 2015. She has previous experiences in Wisconsin public schools for 5 years.

Rachel specializes in AAC, hard of hearing/deaf, speech sound disorders, and language impairments.

Renata James

Renata is a licensed CF Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and worked as an elementary school teacher for 5 years. It was during her time as a classroom teacher that she developed an interest in the field of Speech-Language pathology and transitioned to working as an assistant Speech-language She graduated with her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida in 2022. Her favorite thing about being an SLP is being able to work with a wide range of patients on a variety of different skills. She especially enjoys working on literacy development.

Jasmine Stanze

Jasmine is originally from Wisconsin, but grew up in southwest Florida. She graduated from Gallaudet university with her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She then worked in the D.C. Metro area, Boston, Denver, and Charleston, WV before coming back to Florida to be near Jasmine has experience working in home healthcare, private practices and schools. She has three children and a fur baby at home. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and hiking. She loves being an SLP because “there is nothing quite like watching the magic and joy in giving tiny humans the ability to communicate and express themselves!”

Vicki Campbell

Vicki is from Finger Lake, Keuha, in upstate New York, where she also raised her daughter and She has eight grandchildren. She graduated with her bachelors degree from SUNY Geneseo and received her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. She has worked for almost 30 years in New York and in Florida with birth-adolescents. She has worked as an SLP in Lee County schools for 24 years; in charge of a Speech and language classroom.

Vicki holds certifications from the Department of Health, the Department of Education, Exceptional Student Education, Pre-k through 3rd grade, and birth to 3 years of age.

Yanela Riverón

Yanela has 17 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She has a degree in Education with a specialty in Special education in Cuba. She graduated from the University in Camaguey, Cuba. She is a SLP assistant in the state of Florida. She developed an interest in the field of Speech-Language Pathology through her experiences in elementary school, middle school, and special school in Cuba. She worked in a Pediatric Speech-Language Clinic in Ecuador and in the United States of Florida. She enjoys working with pediatric populations and helping people. Outside of work, Yanela loves spending time with her family, and enjoys traveling and volunteering.

Kailey Catalano

Kailey is from Cape Coral, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2020. When Kailey is not at work you can find her snuggled up on the couch with her nose in a book. Her favorite part of being a SLPA is watching her kiddos’ confidence grow.

Leí De La Cruz

Leí was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New She is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist who received her Bachelor’s Degree in applied psychology at Hodges University and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Nova Southeastern University. While in the field, Lei has gotten the opportunity to work with the pediatric population; both in a private and school setting. She has worked with adults in an outpatient setting. Within these settings, Lei has treated children with ASD, articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, Apraxia of speech, fluency, and cognitive impairments. She has also treated adult patients with dysphagia, dysarthria, and neurological disorders. During her free time, Lei enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, being “crafty-ish,” and seeking adventures. Lei’s favorite thing about being an SLP is “being able to create a bond with beautiful little humans, and having the opportunity to help them optimize their communication skills.”
